1. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services on behalf of your child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian with authority to arrange care and provide consent for your child.

2. What the Services provide

My Home Circumcision provides in-home newborn circumcision services performed by trained mohels and clinicians, along with consultations, scheduling, intake and consent forms, aftercare guidance, and a Parent Portal. The website also offers general educational information. Availability, service areas, and pricing may change, and scheduling a procedure is subject to confirmation and a pre-procedure consultation.

Content on our website — including articles, FAQs, and healing guides — is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified provider with questions about your child's health. If you think your child may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Using the website or submitting a form does not by itself create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when we accept your child for care and provide services directly.

4. Scheduling, deposits & cancellations

When you book a consultation or procedure, you agree to provide accurate information and to let us know promptly if your plans change. We may require a deposit or pre-payment to hold an appointment. Because our team reserves time and travels to your home, cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit-refund terms will be communicated to you at or before booking and form part of these Terms. If a procedure cannot safely proceed at the scheduled time (for example, for medical reasons identified at the visit), our clinician may postpone or decline to perform it.

You agree to pay the fees quoted for the services you book. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and your use of that processor is subject to its terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due as described at booking. We do not bill health insurers on your behalf; if you choose to seek reimbursement or use an HSA/FSA, we can provide documentation such as an itemized receipt for insurance (sometimes called a superbill), but reimbursement is between you and your plan and is not guaranteed.

To use the Parent Portal you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that pose a security risk.
